Responsibilities

• Write high converting hooks scripts and ad copy that meet compliance standards

• Create multiple variations for testing

• Improve copy based on performance data

• Collaborate with editors by creating visual briefs for each script

• Develop new angles and messaging

Performance Expectations

You will be evaluated on:

• Conversion performance

• Output speed and consistency

• Winning angles produced

• Ability to improve results

Compensation

• Base plus performance bonuses

• Bonus payouts on every conversion driven from your copy

• Top performers scale earnings as campaigns scale

First 30 Days

Week 1: Training and test assignments

Week 2: Active copy production

Week 3 and 4: Optimization and scaling

Our Interview Process

Our hiring process evaluates writing skill speed and ability to generate conversions. We hire copywriters based on performance and results not just creativity.

Selected candidates will complete a short copy test where you will write hooks or scripts based on a real scenario. Candidates who pass will be invited to interview.
