Week 1: Onboarding and account review

Our Interview Process

Our hiring process evaluates analytical thinking optimization ability and scaling experience. We hire buyers based on performance history and decision making not theory.

Selected candidates will complete a short strategy assessment where they review real campaign data and provide optimization recommendations. Candidates who pass will be invited to interview.
